Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee hardware and software deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support based on Innovation and IT infrastructure strategy.
  • Develop configuration and monitoring standards for network performance and implement controls to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Evaluate business needs and recommend technical solutions.
  • Plan implementation of new projects, coordinating process deliverables with project leaders and stakeholders.
  • Develop or assist in developing Innovation and IT policies and procedures.
  • Design, configure, and optimize hardware, operating systems, network, storage, and backup devices for reliability, availability, and performance.
  • Manage Active Directory and Citrix configurations.
  • Configure and supervise management tools, including monitoring, security, and backup tools.
  • Implement network solutions, including firewall configuration, routing, and remote access VPN access.
  • Diagnose and resolve application delivery issues via Citrix and AWS.
  • Coach and direct Innovation and IT staff in operational activities.
  • Manage Innovation and IT staff, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, Computer Science, or a similar field is strongly preferred.
  • PACS/Clinical imaging experience is preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience managing enterprise IT operations.
  • Enterprise, networking, virtualization, or security certifications are preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of HIPAA and/or GDPR experience is required.
  • Familiarity with clinical imaging data software and hardware systems is necessary.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications and internet software is expected.
  • Ability to provide quality control review of working documents and reports is necessary.
  • At least three years of ITIL experience and managing IT as a service; certification is a plus.
  • At least five years of experience managing cloud, PAAS, or SAAS environments is desired.
