Conference Producer Job

We are seeking an exceptional Conference Producer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-impact conferences and events that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute conference strategies to engage and retain audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, speakers, and professionals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sponsorship, and delegate sales teams to deliver successful events
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement innovative marketing and audience engagement strategies
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment

About You:

To be eligible, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience in conference production or related roles. A minimum of 2 years of community outreach experience is also required.
