Job Title: Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome overnight guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience for hotel visitors.
  • Manage reservations and arrange amenities such as wake-up calls and shuttle services to meet guest needs.
  • Assist VIPS and VVIPS with follow-up tasks as necessary to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, process invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Balance cash drawers and credit card transactions, verify receipts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Track key financial metrics including room occupancy rates and revenues to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports and summary cash balances for hotel management review.
  • Verify completion of end-of-day tasks by previous shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with departments such as housekeeping and maintenance for efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee the hotel safe and ensure security of guest valuables at all times.
  • Audit and reconcile daily financial accounts, including revenue, charges, and payments.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 3+ years of front desk experience at managerial level, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Fundamental math and accounting skills to manage finances accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software to streamline operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field to underpin professional knowledge.
