We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our finance team as a Financial Controller.

This key role requires strong financial planning and analysis skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management information systems (MIS). The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience (post-qualification) and be CA qualified. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tax audits and ensure statutory compliance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as SEBI regulations, CARO, and Schedule III
  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
  • Drive and monitor internal audit processes
  • Utilize SAP for all financial operations and reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial statements
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and manage accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) processes
  • Lead periodic financial planning and performance reviews
  • Provide variance analysis – actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards using Advanced Excel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for planning and forecasting
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reporting
  • Track key business KPIs and suggest improvements for financial efficiency
