Finance and Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including quarterly and annual reports, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct regular accounting reviews and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the valuation process of portfolio companies, aligning with internal policies and auditor requirements.
  • Manage investor communication for capital calls and distributions, maintaining logs and receipt tracking. Respond to investor queries and information requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist in audit preparations and financial disclosures, including coordinating third-party valuation inputs.
  • Prepare and review ad-hoc financial models and dashboards for internal decision-making.
Financial Controlling– Manager and Advisor Entities
  • Collaboration and Review: Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to meticulously review monthly financial statements across all Manager and Advisor entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.
  • Tax Compliance: Supervise the preparation and submission of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution of all statutory obligations within prescribed deadlines.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times (TATs) for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, and drive the delivery of high-quality Monthly and Quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for Partners.
