Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets and other events, including weddings, conferences, and social functions.
- Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Analyze event data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy banquet/event operation hotel.
- Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
