We are seeking a skilled Digital Event Operations Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with strong event management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Development & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end development, production, and delivery of conferences and events from proposal to execution, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional results.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, guaranteeing quality service delivery for all event needs.
  • Timeline Management: Set, communicate, and maintain clear timelines and priorities for all projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain event databases, including filtering, segmentation, and data handling, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Logistics & Materials Management: Oversee the coordination of event logistics, design and production of event materials, and manage production schedules for all event materials.
  • Client & Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on event goals.
  • Support for Event Teams: Provide general support to event planners, project managers, and the Global Event team, ensuring smooth event operations.
  • Event Analysis & Reporting: Analyze event portfolios and key performance areas, prepare post-event reports, and identify opportunities for improvement for future events.
  • Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Monitor calendars, schedule meetings, and assist the management team with coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Competitive Research: Conduct competitor research and analysis, providing reports and insights on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in event management or a related field, preferably in the events, B2B marketing, or digital industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong event management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
