Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Tata AIG. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of producers, ensuring a strong pipeline, and coaching agents to cross-sell and grow their business.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and motivate a team of producers to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Identify and recruit new agents to expand our channel network.
  • Provide training and support to agents on products, processes, and company USPs.
  • Ensure compliance with IRDA regulations regarding licensing and commission payments.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and channel management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business.
  • Train agents on products, process, and USP's of Co.
  • Float all contest and club convention on monthly and weekly basis to producers.
  • Sales Support like endorsement, form filling, portal training and other operation related activities.
Stakeholder Interfaces

The Senior Channel Sales Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including producers, agents, and internal teams.

Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and channel management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

Education

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a strong emphasis on sales and marketing.
