Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the real estate sector to develop and manage strategic partnerships, drive sales growth through various channels, and ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other real estate stakeholders.
* Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
* Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our real estate offerings.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
* Track and analyze channel performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support channel initiatives.
* Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
* 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
* Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
