Collection Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Team Lead to join our team. As a Collection Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of collection professionals and overseeing the entire collection process from start to finish.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

    • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in collection management or a related field.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
