Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana, as well as proficiency in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and ITSM for incident and request management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely resolutions to application performance issues
- Support application teams by extracting data from databases and handling service requests
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-centric approach
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana
- Proficient in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, ITSM) for incident and request management
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Linux, and basic understanding of Java applications
- Basic understanding of Incident Management processes, SLA/KPIs, and ITSM lifecycle
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations
