Demand Supply Forecast Management
- Will refer to Salesforce and derive people forecast for every new opportunity, taking into account future growth and revenue projections.
- Maintain a close eye on attrition rates and backfill requirements to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Gather people forecast from every account periodically and align with overall business objectives.
- Consolidate forecast data and share insights with relevant stakeholders periodically.
- Participates in quarterly and annual planning activities to drive informed decision-making.
Demand - Supply Chain Optimization:
- Monitor progress of forecast conversion to actual requirements, ensuring accurate demand assessment.
- Ensure Service Requests (SRs) are approved only if they meet established criteria and process guidelines.
- Act as the single point of contact to approve and track the status of all SRs within the Practice/Capability.
- Closely monitor Practice/Capability bench and move resources across as needed for optimal utilization.
- Optimize capacity and employee allocation by proactive resource planning, reducing wastage and enhancing productivity.
- Track account and practice level billed utilization, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Business Leads, Hiring teams, and other stakeholders for effective demand fulfillment.
- Work with the Learning team to develop training programs that enhance skill sets and address knowledge gaps.
- Support Project Managers in handling non-deployable personnel issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work with Project Managers to identify skill gaps and required enhancements, consolidating needs and driving targeted trainings.
- Strengthen contractor channels of supply specific to the Practice/Capability, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Identify training opportunities for new deals and proactively work with concerned teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with capability teams on staffing-related matters, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross-border movements, outside practice movements, and mobility policy or IJP-related movements.
- Drive weekly cadence calls with Practice/Capability leadership on demand validation, fulfillment, trainings, and other critical topics.
- Create and share regular and ad-hoc reports with key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Pursue automation in processes and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish governance around departmental and reporting manager tagging of all Practice/Capability employees.
- Contribute to other ad-hoc initiatives and special projects for the Staffing team, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
