Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs within our advanced semiconductor fabrication facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage site-specific EHS programs ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as industry standards like SEMI S2/S8 and ISO 14001/45001.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide EHS training.
  • Act as the main contact for regulatory agencies, analyze EHS data for continuous improvement, and lead the site EHS team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Environmental Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Candidates MUST have at least 15 years of progressive EHS leadership experience, with significant leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing wafer fabrication plant.
  • Essential qualifications include in-depth knowledge of semiconductor EHS regulations and standards, proficiency in EHS software, strong communication, crisis management, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
