Job Title

Head of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our EHS programs within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop site-specific Fab EHS protocols and ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, oversee emergency response, and provide EHS training
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and analyze EHS data for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
  • At least 15 years of progressive EHS leadership experience, including significant leadership roles in wafer fabrication plants
  • Professional certifications like CSP, CIH, CHMM are highly valued
