Key Role Summary

A skilled Platform Administrator oversees the effective management of the Mendix platform and its applications within an organization. Their primary responsibilities include user and access administration, application deployment and monitoring, ensuring the platform's overall health and security.

Main Responsibilities:

User and Access Administration: Managing user roles and permissions, setting up App Access Groups, and ensuring appropriate access to applications and data.

Application Deployment and Monitoring: Overseeing the deployment of new applications, managing their performance, and managing the application lifecycle.

Platform Configuration and Maintenance: Configuring settings within the Mendix platform, managing Marketplace content, and ensuring the platform is running smoothly.

Troubleshooting and Support: Addressing issues related to the platform and applications, working with users and technical teams to resolve problems.

Security Management: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the platform and its data, including user authentication and authorization.
