Principal Software Developer

As a seasoned software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of meaningful solutions that meet our customer's needs.
You will collaborate with product and user experience groups to craft innovative and delightful experiences for our users.
With a quality-driven mindset, you will ensure that our products maintain the highest standards of quality.
Additionally, you will contribute to project design and refinement, mentor junior engineers on your team, and proactively initiate changes to improve processes and designs.
Furthermore, you will act as a voice of leadership, diving in with the team to drive progress and achieve goals.
Requirements- 6 years of professional work experience in software development.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Ruby or JavaScript.
- Ability to analyze requirements and provide insight into ways to improve designs.
- Experience designing small to medium scale systems.
- Hands-on, passionate, persistent, creative, and humble - you get things done.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Extensive knowledge of React is a big plus for the team.
- Experience with interviewing is always appreciated for our senior members. Not being afraid to ask questions will always help you get up to speed faster.
