About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the development team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team.
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide feedback to improve their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, SQL, and relevant frameworks like Spring.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, architecture, and system integration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
