Job Title: Site Merchandiser

As a key member of our e-commerce team, we seek a highly skilled and results-driven Site Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing customer experience and sales performance through strategic site merchandising strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising calendars, including promotional events and campaign management. Additionally, they will analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels, and design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning on-site merchandising campaigns and promotional events
  • Developing and executing the site merchandising calendar
  • Tracking and analyzing customer behavior
  • Designing and refreshing storefronts
  • Coordinating with design teams

Our ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising or E-commerce Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • Proficiency in Excel
