Medical Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Medical Officer to provide on-site and field-based occupational healthcare support for our client organizations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering quality healthcare services in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct OPD consultations and provide symptomatic treatment for employees.
  • Deliver emergency medical first aid on-site, as required.
  • Provide occupational health counseling and health talks for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory health requirements and assist in audits/documentation.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports as per company and legal standards.
  • Liaise with organizational stakeholders for health-related communications.
  • Travel to client factory sites (field visits as per schedule).

Requirements:

  • Experienced candidates will be preferred; however, freshers are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Effective Communication and Counseling Abilities: We seek an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively counsel employees and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Occupational Health Knowledge: A strong understanding of occupational health practices and compliance is essential for this role.
  • Emergency Response Skills: The ability to handle emergencies and provide first aid is crucial in this position.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable with field visits.
  • Own car with valid driving license preferred.
