Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to drive performance excellence across our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing calls, chats/email interactions, and conducting feedback sessions to ensure high-quality delivery on all parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit calls, chats/email interactions on Product/process, Communication, and soft skills parameters.
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Perform data analysis and generate designated reports/decks.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Communicate the importance of positive customer experience.
  • Develop recommendations and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new team members.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Provide customer/client interactions using process knowledge and highlighting key areas for improvement.
  • Prepare, publish, and execute TNA for 100% closure.
  • Offer real-time support on the floor as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in handling Quality for Outbound Sales accounts.
  • Understanding of Audit & Coaching processes.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication, including sentence construction, grammar, punctuation, etc.
  • Effective Presentation, Feedback, and Coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and Customer Service Attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and high energy levels.
  • Interpersonal skills and Teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle and analyze data to generate Quantitative and Qualitative analysis.
