Project Management Role

As a seasoned IT project management professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of complex development projects. Your expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery will drive process improvement and adoption across the organization.

  • Developing and implementing detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and facilitating team communication
  • Cultivating quality assurance goals and participating in release management cycles
  • Coaching project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes
  • Managing scope, schedule, and resource changes using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Measuring project performance using relevant metrics
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Driving process improvements through the adoption of Agile frameworks in project delivery
  • Closely collaborating with the Engineering team on feature/product development

In this role, you will be expected to possess:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • A deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, software development life cycles, and software quality assurance methodologies
  • Experience working with remote teams and utilizing Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or proven experience in project management
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
