ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Service Automation Manager (SAM) professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and functional needs.
  2. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  5. Document user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  6. Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
  7. Articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations' SOM process.
  • Must have experience in the design and implementation of the following modules:
    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management
    • Order and Quote management
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration using REST, SOAP, or other methods, Integration Hub, and eBoning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
