Job Title: Application Designer

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Application Designer. As an Application Designer, you will play a key part in the design and development of applications that meet business needs.

Your primary focus will be on defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation, and provide ongoing support to guarantee optimal performance.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, and hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.

Additional responsibilities include staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure your designs are cutting-edge and providing technical guidance and support to the development team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Certified in ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ITOM and GRC ITAM modules of ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
