
Customer Relationship Specialist

Job Description
">Nurturing customer relationships is at the heart of this role. You will be contacting customers who have requested repair quotes to guide them through the process, answer questions, and encourage them to confirm bookings.
Outbound calls will be made to warm leads, with a focus on building rapport quickly, handling objections empathetically, and maintaining a friendly, professional tone at all times.
You will also be responsible for managing follow-ups systematically to ensure no customer is left waiting for an update.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure all calls, notes, and follow-ups follow the agreed process.
">Requirements
">- Experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a high-call-volume environment.
- Excellent spoken English and clear, confident phone manner.
- A warm, engaging personality and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly process-driven with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities.
- Takes initiative to chase missing information and keep deals moving forward.
- Comfortable making repeated calls and handling objections without losing energy or positivity.
