Project Leader

A seasoned project leader is required to spearhead a cluster of high-rise towers, overseeing the strategic oversight and successful delivery of an entire multi-tower development project.

The project leader will provide visionary leadership for the entire development, defining the overall project strategy, long-term goals, and milestones. They will develop and implement project management best practices and governance frameworks tailored for multi-tower developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on all phases of development, from design through to project handover.
  • Oversee a team of individual project managers, providing expert guidance on all phases of development, from design through to project handover.
  • Ensure the implementation of advanced construction technologies for maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Drive value engineering initiatives and continuously evaluate construction methods for cost-effectiveness and process improvements.
  • Manage the master project schedule, ensuring synchronization and resource optimization across all towers within the cluster.
  • Develop and manage the master budget for the entire cluster, with total accountability for all financial forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
  • Lead the negotiation of complex contracts with consultants, contractors, and major suppliers, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Requirements to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (PMP, CCM, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a significant track record in managing large-scale, high-rise building projects.
  • At least 10 years of experience specifically handling senior-level roles for multi-tower or mixed-use development projects.
  • Proven record of successfully delivering large, complex high-rise structures (e.g., 3+ projects over 40 floors).
  • Excellent communication skill both verbal and written.
  • Must have PMC background.
