Key Accountabilities

  • Ensuring technical solutions align with requirement, business needs.
  • Successful delivery of objectives and project milestones to stakeholders.
  • High client satisfaction through effective stakeholder management, proactive communication across all project phases and quality outcome
  • Risk management - Prompt identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks and roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, incorporating risk management, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives with relevant Product Managers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, product managers, developers, stakeholders, and business teams.
  • Lead the daily scrum calls for different running projects with respective Product Managers and their squads.
  • Ensure JIRA updates and agile ceremonies across teams. Be the JIRA power user of the company.
  • Oversee day to day digital service delivery activities ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks, applying expert problem-solving skills.
  • Regularly report on project health, milestones, and status to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the service line.

Education

  • Bachelors in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Masters is a plus.
  • Project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2, agile certifications is a plus.

Experience

  • Overall, 6 -7 years in IT/digital - development, testing, support with a minimum of 4 years in IT project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating complex technical environments and delivering solutions working with global teams

Knowledge/Skills

  • Deep understanding of IT/Digital support, project management and best practices.
  • Team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities with a customer centric mindset is preferred.
