  • We are seeking an individual who can maintain required site kits to minimize machine downtime, provide Key Operator Training to users, and manage service deliverables to meet our high standards.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving volume growth initiatives and inventory management, ensuring that installations are completed within the committed time frame and that output is maximized while costs are minimized.

In addition to technical skills and qualifications, we are looking for individuals who can effectively communicate with customers, identify and address their needs, and build strong relationships.

  • Strong background in production printing, preferably from a printer manufacturer or related industry.
  • Excellent technical skills, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of production printers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
