Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

The key responsibility is to provide technical support and expertise to align with strategic objectives, leveraging default capabilities to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to capture comprehensive technical requirements.
  • Analyze business needs and determine the best technical solution, applying D365 capabilities to drive strategic success.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for the D365 platform, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to MS standards.
  • Maintain, manage, and support the D365 application post-implementation, including version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  • Work collaboratively with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Develop high-quality documentation according to industry standards.
  • Manage security roles and user access management effectively.
  • Support device-related requirements, such as printers and scanners.
  • Create, manage, maintain, and monitor batch jobs efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.
  • Knowledge of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
