Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to execute comprehensive implementation projects for our software platform. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless integration and migration services, ensuring timely project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end implementation plans based on solution design
  • Design and implement integrations between our software and customers' existing technology ecosystems
  • Migrate customer data with precision, adhering to cleansing, mapping, and validation best practices
  • Configure our platform according to customer requirements and implement necessary customizations
  • Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery within promised timelines
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for implementation-related queries and integrations
  • Create detailed technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks
  • Conduct thorough testing of implementations and integrations before deployment
  • Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting services
  • Communicate project progress and status updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Product Development team for technical feedback and post-implementation reviews
  • Identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions to streamline implementation processes
  • Offer technical guidance for upsell/cross-sell initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementing world-class SaaS products
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations is preferred
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment methodologies
  • Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization techniques
  • Familiarity with database management, data migration, and ETL processes
  • Understanding of SaaS application technical features and implementation challenges
  • Experience with web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.)
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions
  • Basic scripting and automation skills
