Job Description:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and drive overall business goals.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance skills and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, preferably in [industry/sector]
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
