Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead digital transformation initiatives. As a Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for driving and delivering complex programs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to ensure the solution is optimal and meets business requirements.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define project plans, key results, and processes with stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status and structure across departments.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Identify potential problems and propose alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and quality standards.
  • Maintain day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Conduct regular project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  • Serve as an expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing the full project management life cycle for complex initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to deliver solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of DevOps, test strategies, security standards, etc.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with results orientation.
