We are seeking a skilled and dynamic software adoption expert to drive successful digital transformation with our clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

This role involves working closely with global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, acquiring an understanding of customer applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage numerous projects and initiatives concurrently
  2. Develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers
  4. Consult and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using advanced product ecosystems
  5. Analyze and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
  • Strong learning appetite to become an expert on software products through certification programs
