As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in exploring new technologies, recommending practical applications, and supporting implementation and roll-outs of new systems. Your creativity and technical skills will be invaluable as you create digital training materials, document solutions, and assist with troubleshooting and support.

  • You will explore and test new AI technologies and recommend practical applications for different departments.
  • You will support the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • You will create digital training materials, such as short videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • You will document solutions and share knowledge, helping staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • You will assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required, providing a bridge between IT, users, and the transformation team.
  • You will track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, flagging opportunities for efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop appropriate training resources.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, or related field is essential.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar, is highly desirable.
  • Experience using AI tools and agents, such as ChatGPT, copilots, Auto Gpt, or equivalent, is necessary.
  • Digital content creation skills, including creating training videos, tutorials, and engaging digital learning material, are required.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with resilience and a sense of urgency to find practical effective solutions, is crucial.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new technologies, able to conduct basic analyses as regards what will add value, is vital.
  • Quick learner with excellent communication and administrative skills is a must.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently is essential.
