Transformation Leader

The Transformation Leader is a crucial role in driving organizational growth, overseeing the implementation of transformation initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT Transformation programs, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with program objectives and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and monitor program financials.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, possessing excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with MBA or PMP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (18+ years) in delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong program management skills, hands-on experience in application development programs, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
