Job Title: Experienced Taxation Specialist

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented tax professional, you will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances, financial audits, advisory, reporting, and regulatory matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to taxation, compliance, and audit practices within a fast-growing global consulting firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, auditing standards, and compliances. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-drafting skills are also essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/ERP tools is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment, are also required.

In this role, you will handle direct and indirect tax compliances, including income tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. You will assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Draft and review audit reports, tax assessments, and financial statements. Support in corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and litigation matters. Ensure timely filing of returns, documentation, and statutory reporting. Provide advisory support on taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance to internal stakeholders. Keep track of amendments in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
