Job Title: Experienced Web Developer & Digital Media Specialist

Our organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to handle their websites, social media, SEO, design posters, post job openings, and screen candidates. You will collaborate with HR, design, and other teams both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management:
  • Maintain three company websites (WordPress) in optimal working condition.
  • Post updates like ISO certifications and case studies.
  • Collaborate with HR to draft content, obtain approvals, and publish through a 'staging' site.
  • Ensure that no unauthorized plugins or themes are updated.
  • SEO & Content:
  • Develop and manage SEO content for new pages.
  • Track and report the performance of SEO initiatives each month.
  • Social Media:
  • Create and schedule monthly posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Share job openings as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content and approvals.
  • Canva Design:
  • Design engaging posters for job postings, events, and summits.
  • Obtain approvals before publishing any content.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with basic WordPress functionality.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Knowledge of social media management platforms, specifically Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Awareness of Canva for designing visual content.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
