About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in executing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and be skilled in creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing team in executing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
  • Assist in content creation, including writing captions, creating reels, and curating engaging social media content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with teams internally (design, sales, ops, etc.) and external teams - PR teams, agencies, and other external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Help plan and coordinate events, pop-ups, and corporate gifting initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
  • Passionate about social media and skilled in creating engaging reels and video content.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, planable) and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including agencies and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
