Job Overview
As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire exceptional talent for various roles across the marketing and digital space. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to develop strategies to meet the company's hiring needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across marketing, digital marketing, content, design, and related departments, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
Proactively source candidates using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and determine ideal candidate profiles, offering advice and insights throughout the interview process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity of hires.
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating with HR and department leads to facilitate a seamless transition into the company.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a minimum of 2 years in non-IT roles (marketing, digital, or creative sectors). Experience in recruiting for both creative and analytical roles is beneficial.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, proficiency in recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset, allowing you to think creatively and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for marketing and understanding of the unique talent needs within the marketing industry, along with an ability to assess cultural fit and align candidates with our company's values.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
