High-Performance Sales Coach

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Lead to join our team and develop and lead an outbound process from the ground up. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a lead generation strategy, including identifying target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key performance indicators
- Design the end-to-end outbound process, including research, tools, outreach messaging, follow-ups, qualification, and handoff to Account Executives
- Run the entire end-to-end outbound process personally to test and refine the overall process
- Hire, train, and lead new SDRs, managing their onboarding, coaching, communication, objection handling, and more
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales development experience with at least 3+ years of SDR management experience in the SaaS industry
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, team environment
- Passionate for building and leading high-performing teams from scratch
