Job Title: Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled creative professional to join our marketing team as a Visual Designer.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

  • Design and update website content, including landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that effectively communicate our brand's message.
  • Create engaging social media posts, stories, and ad creatives that capture audiences' attention and drive results.
  • Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for blog articles that showcase our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates that enhance our subscribers' experience.
  • Design print and event collateral, including banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise that reflect our brand's identity.
  • Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations that support our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content and elevate our brand's visual presence.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with video editing and animation tools, such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or Canva.
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices that ensure effective campaign execution.
  • The ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams to achieve common goals.

Nice to Have:

  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages that improve user experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp or HubSpot, that streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles that ensure user-centered design.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design that drives organic traffic and engagement.
