Visual Creative Lead

About this role:

This position requires a highly skilled visual creative lead to shape how the brand is perceived by customers and employees through visually engaging assets for marketing campaigns, social media, showrooms, events, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design social media creatives (static, carousels, reels thumbnails, stories) for various verticals.
  • Create visuals for digital ad campaigns.
  • Design offline collateral such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaign concepts.
  • Collaborate with content and video teams to develop strong storytelling-driven visual assets.
  • Design internal posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, and culture-promoting assets.
  • Work closely with department heads to visually communicate policies and updates.

Requirements & Candidate Fit:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus: Premiere Pro / After Effects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital (RGB, social ratios) and print (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Awareness of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
