Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer to spearhead our visual communications. As a key team member, you will be responsible for creating captivating digital content, brand assets, and website enhancements.

  • Digital Content Creation: Design engaging social media graphics, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms.
  • Brand Asset Development: Develop pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.
  • Website Enhancement: Regularly update and manage the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content and design accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Design Support: Fulfill internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.

You will also be responsible for managing and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently.

  • Event Branding: Create visual branding and display material for participation in key industry forums and events.
  • Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and visual storytelling.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design in a professional setting.

High Proficiency:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Content Platforms: WordPress, Canva, or similar CMS/design tools

Strong Understanding:

  • Branding, typography, layout, and responsive design

Key Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics
  • Exposure to UX/UI principles or web design
