Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating and qualifying leads, and providing excellent customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Interaction
    • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase capabilities and promote products through various channels.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.
  • Technical Support
    • Understand customer requirements in detail and provide tailored solutions by liaising with teams to ensure feasibility and customization.
    • Provide post-sales support and address performance-related queries.
  • Reporting and Coordination
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts by collaborating with teams to ensure smooth order execution.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pharma tooling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel across regions.
