Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

  1. About the Role:
  • This is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic planning and management of the organization's talent acquisition and recruitment function.
  • The role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  1. Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. Ensure that talent acquisition initiatives support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Recruitment Processes:
    • Establish effective and efficient recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance on staffing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
  • Technology and Tools:
    • Identify and implement recruitment technology and tools to streamline the talent acquisition process. Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Diversity:
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process and throughout the organization.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership. Monitor and measure the success of talent acquisition initiatives.
  1. Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition strategies and results-driven approach.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies and tools, with ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvement.
