Job Description:

• The Senior Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
• This role involves building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing talent acquisition team to oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Establish effective and efficient recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance on staffing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
• Identify and implement recruitment technology and tools to streamline the talent acquisition process. Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process and throughout the organization.
• Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership. Monitor and measure the success of talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
