Job Description:
- The Senior Talent Acquisition Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives.
- This role involves building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing talent acquisition team to oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Establish effective and efficient recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Implement best practices for candidate experience and employer branding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Provide guidance on staffing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
- Identify and implement recruitment technology and tools to streamline the talent acquisition process. Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process and throughout the organization.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership. Monitor and measure the success of talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Team Leadership:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, technologies, and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
