Job Title: Data Analyst (6+ Years) - BFSI Domain

  • About the Role:
  • We require a seasoned data professional with expertise in loans / retail banking domain, SQL, reporting, and datawarehousing concepts.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong skills in analyzing loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify insights and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Apply datawarehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into effective analytics solutions.
  • Presentation of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
  • Strong expertise in loans / retail banking domain.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
  • Familiarity with reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
  • Understanding of datawarehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working directly with BFSI clients.
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, visualization, or automation tools.
