Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Specialist to develop and implement machine learning models that drive business value. As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions that meet complex business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into actionable AI strategies.
• Develop robust AI pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature selection, and algorithmic improvements to ensure high-quality results.
• Implement AI best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the AI development lifecycle to maintain the highest standards of data governance.
• Scale AI systems to handle large datasets and high-throughput inference requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate AI model performance and business impact, informing data-driven decisions.
• Monitor deployed AI models for drift, performance degradation, and bias detection, taking proactive steps to address any issues that arise.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with core AI libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and model evaluation techniques, enabling informed decision-making.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies Docker or Kubernetes, facilitating efficient deployment and management.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with both structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring effective data management and analysis.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or distributed computing frameworks, supporting scalable data processing and storage.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle management systems such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar tools, streamlining the AI development process.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows, promoting collaboration and reproducibility.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Tableau, enhancing insights and communication.
• Software engineering best practices, including code testing, debugging, and performance optimization, ensuring high-quality AI solutions.
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, facilitating iterative development and continuous improvement.

As an AI Specialist, you will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is required. Preferred candidates will have 3+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles, with a strong background in real-time inference systems and model serving architectures. Knowledge of specialized domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, or recommendation systems is also preferred.
