Artificial Intelligence Engineer Position

We are seeking an exceptional AI/GenAI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable AI/GenAI solutions using leading technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, test, and deploy impactful AI capabilities.
  • Fine-tune and optimize AI/GenAI models for business-critical applications.
  • Evaluate and develop AI/GenAI solutions with large language models from top providers.
  • Integrate AI tools into existing systems and workflows.

Infrastructure & Technology Stack:

  • Design and deploy infrastructure components for AI workloads across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Leverage Azure services such as MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement security controls to safeguard data and models.
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to internal security and governance standards.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Work closely with business and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide training sessions and create documentation to enable users and developers.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to a community of practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry, with 3 years in AI/GenAI development.
  • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies including ML, NLP, and generative models.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, T5, BERT, etc.
  • Familiar with open-source projects like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenLLM.
  • Excellent knowledge in Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic AI.
  • Understanding MLOps and DataOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (especially Azure).
  • Experience with REST APIs and development frameworks like Django, Express.js, or Spring Boot.
  • Exposure to data platforms, NoSQL/RDBMS design, and analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
