Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Model Developer

As a skilled Artificial Intelligence Model Developer, you will be responsible for creating and refining sophisticated AI models to drive business results.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. Your expertise in machine learning and programming skills will enable you to design, train, and deploy AI models that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine large language models (LLMs) using techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
  • Maintain high-quality code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms, optimizing resource usage and ensuring robust CI/CD processes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business experts to define project requirements and deliver impactful AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and AI development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
  • Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap.
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph and SQL is a must.
  • Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs
