About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our BI department, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, designing and building dashboards, and collaborating with business teams to deliver actionable insights.

This is a high-impact role where you'll learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and help shape the future of our business intelligence platform.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using cutting-edge tools
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
  • Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with product and client teams to enhance business intelligence use cases
Responsibilities

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and improving existing dashboards
  • Developing new dashboards and reports
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • Participating in meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Proficiency in SQL (any database) and working knowledge of Python for data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets (100GB+)
  • Familiarity with advanced BI features such as forecasting, clustering, or data modeling
  • Prior exposure to client-facing BI projects
